Assists in the marketing of new and renewal commercial lines accounts; ensures customer satisfaction through checking policies, issuing binders, certificates and endorsements, handling cancelations, providing information, answering questions, performing research and reviewing accounts; works closely with sales team to offer additional insurance products to existing and potential customers.
Commercial Lines Marketer, McKinney—Licensed with a minimum of two years commercial property/casualty experience. Markets new and renewal commercial lines accounts; prepares quote proposals; enters policy data into agency operating system; serves as liaison between customers and insurance carriers.
Life Insurance Account Manager, Fort Worth—Gathers necessary financial, trust and medical documentation from customers to complete applications; maintains database of client records; establishs and maintains relationship with insurance underwriters; rates insurance quotes and selects markets based on received bids; tracks and processes renewing accounts; answers customers’ questions.
